一．Operation require:



• Before starting the machine, please fill the body of the fuel tank filled with mechanical lubricants (40kg), to ensure that the oil supply is normal；
• Carefully check the power lines, to prevent leakage, the local ground wire connection to ensure good, to ensure safe use of electricity；
• Carefully check the equipment electrical appliances, motors, rotating parts of the connection parts of the bolts, screws are tight, if loose phenomenon in order to tighten；
• The raw material request:the length less than 30mm,all kinds of biomass material the moisture should keep in 5-18%;
• After starting ,the first 1-3 minutes idle the machine to check whether the normal rotation of the machine, feeding small amount of raw material firstly, after the machine can be discharged normally,then can add the raw material uniform;
• Before feeding the raw material. Please note the stones ,iron, etc.which in raw materials into the feed system, to avoid damaging the machine;
• The machine in the operation should attention to the oil supply system, check the pump pressure gauge whether can supply the oil, the pressure is 1-1.5pma, check the feeding system, reducer speed motor internal oil level, to ensure that the normal oil level;
